1. Business Listing

All business information submitted must be accurate, genuine, and lawful. WAI BUSINESS PRO reserves the right to approve, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.

2. Monthly Subscription

Paid Business Listing is available for ₹100 per month. Listings remain active only while the subscription is valid.

3. Listing Approval

All submitted listings are reviewed before publication. WAI BUSINESS PRO may request additional information or reject listings that do not meet our quality guidelines.

4. Listing Expiry & Renewal

Paid listings remain active for 30 days from the activation date. Renewal is required to continue displaying the listing after expiry.

5. Payments

Subscription fees must be paid in advance. Prices may change in the future without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Users may request cancellation of their listing at any time. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. User Responsibility

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business name, address, phone number, photos, services, pricing, and all other information provided.

8. Prohibited Content

Illegal, misleading, fake, offensive, copyrighted, or fraudulent content is strictly prohibited. Such listings may be removed without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

WAI BUSINESS PRO is an online business directory platform. We are not responsible for transactions, disputes, losses, damages, or agreements between customers and listed businesses.

10. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your business information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

For technical support or listing-related assistance, please contact us. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
